I see the message "The specified copy item cannot be found" when viewing serial copies in Acquisitions
Symptom
- You cannot view holdings in the "Copies" screen. The screen shows only a message of "The specified copy item cannot be found."
- When attempting to receive serials on this LHR, you get a "Receiving issues failed" error

Resolution
This usually occurs due to an issue with indexing. Try resaving the LHR in Record Manager by following these steps:
- Go to Metadata > Record Manager
- Search the OCLC Number of the record with the LHR
- Select the LHR from the Bibliographic Record screen
- Click "Save"
If this does not resolve the error in Acquisitions, please contact OCLC Support with your library symbol and the title's OCLC Number.
