Save searches

Discover how to save a search and view, edit, and delete saved searches in WorldShare Acquisitions.

Overview

With WorldShare Acquisitions, you can save searches related to orders, order items, invoices, and serial issues. Saved searches can be created for your own use or for use by other staff. You can also save known-item searches, eliminating the need to recreate search queries.

Note: If you are performing frequent known-item searches for a specific pre-filtered set (e.g., not received items, subscriptions, etc.), it is highly recommended to use a saved search.
