My OLIB export to CONTENTdm is not working

Symptom

• When clicking the Send to CONTENTdm button, the message The requested task has now finished appears but nothing appears in CONTENTdm

Applies to

• OLIB 9.0 Service Pack 12

Resolution

You will need to make sure that the relevant output format is selected:

1. Go to Data Exchange Reference Data > Output Formats and search for the format you use for CONTENTdm exports.
2. Click the Export Generation tab.
3. Ensure that Enabled is set to Yes and save the record.
