I am no longer able to attach files to my item records
Symptom
- I no longer see the Related Items and Control Data tab which allowed me to attach files to records

- OLIB (all versions)
Resolution
Ensure that the Related Items and Control Data sheet is showing in Layout Manager. This error occurs when the sheet has been deleted.
