This is the Main Word Index used in the Titles domain and in the OPAC, where the Keyword search searches several fields in the bibliographic record. There is no configuration necessary for this unless you want to change the default installation. The advantages of this approach are:
The index is maintained by a background task in the database on a regular basis for new, deleted and amended records. It updates the index accordingly.
This table shows the bibliographic fields that are set up for indexing in a new or upgraded installation.

The Main Word Index is effectively being Keyword Index 1. Additional optional keyword indexes are available for those institutions that require them.
