Discover a few defaults for linking file attachments and web pages in OLIB.

Access OLIB defaults and edit settings

 Note: These are settings that affect the operation of OLIB as a whole and are only accessible to System Managers.

  1. In the Menu go to System Administration> OLIB Defaults.
  2. Click the Defaults record to display the details.
  3. Click modify record to make changes.

Available Object linking defaults

Field Description
Default Domain The default can be Enquiry Management, Requests, Titles or Users. Not required for normal operation of object linking.
Default Import Now Value A Yes/No flag that defaults to No. Whether the attachment should be imported into the OLIB database. The object import details will default to Yes or No, but can be changed individually. Most implementations do not import linked objects into the OLIB database.
