19 | # | Multipart resource record level. This imports to and exports from the Title's Linked Record Req field. It is also used to aid determination of the Media (Sub-)Type for the incoming title. If the value is not set on the Title during export, the value is retrieved from the Media (Sub-)Type. |
20-23 | 4500 | Length of the length-of-field portion; Length of the starting-character-position portion; Length of the implementation-defined portion; Undefined. These relate to the construction of the directory entries and are always "4500" |
