- I receive an error indicating an incorrect username or password when trying to sign in to my Hosted EZproxy FTP

Resolution
If you use the login credentials provided by OCLC, contact OCLC Support stating the error message you are getting.
IMPORTANT! Do not send your username and password to OCLC.
