Why am I seeing encoded characters after I download and unzip my monthly usage reports for Hosted EZproxy using web log retrieval

  • After downloading my monthly usage reports for hosted EZproxy using the website, and unzipping the files, I am still seeing encoded characters

Contact OCLC Support and ask them to update the mimetype file to add  application/x-gzip tar.gz tgz gz to the mimetype file
