When using EZproxy how do I resolve an "This web property is in accessible via this address"

Symptom

Users are getting a screen that states, "This web property is inaccessible via this address"

Resolution

1. Get a screenshot of the error screen
2. Send it to the database provider and let them check their Web security to see if it is blocking EZproxy access.
