Answer

While running Red Hat 9.7 with kernel 5.14.0-611.49.1, EZproxy 7.3.11 randomly restarts several times a day. The behavior starts within 24 hours of the kernel installation. 

 

To resolve the issue, upgrade the kernel to the latest release.
