I am trying to go to our EZproxy Database and I see a blank page

Symptom
  • You are going to a database that is going through EZproxy, but when you get to the database, you are seeing a blank page.

Resolution

You may be getting a bad cached page. Try these possible solutions:

  • Clear your browser cache and then sign in to your database again.
  • If you get the blank page again, press the F5 (refresh page) key so that your browser reloads the page.

If you continue to have this issue, contact OCLC Support.
