I am trying to go to our EZproxy Database and I see a blank page
Symptom
- You are going to a database that is going through EZproxy, but when you get to the database, you are seeing a blank page

Resolution
You might be getting a bad cached page, try these possible solutions:
- Clear your browser cache and then sign in to your database again.
- If you get the blank page again, try pressing the F5 (refresh page) key so that your browser will reload the page.
