I am trying to go to our EZproxy Database and I see a blank page

Symptom
  • You are going to a database that is going through EZproxy, but when you get to the database, you are seeing a blank page

Resolution

You might be getting a bad cached page, try these possible solutions:

  1. Clear your browser cache and then sign in to your database again.
  2. If you get the blank page again, try pressing the F5 (refresh page) key so that your browser will reload the page.
