I am an EZproxy self-service site, and I am having troubles updating the production site

  • EZproxy changes are not deploying to preprod or prod environments.

Please contact OCLC Support and we can work with you on your issue.

In some circumstances the flag.txt file does have appropriate permissions and support will need to check or further investigate.

Please provide your OCLC Symbol, Institution, time and date of issues and any filenames added to self-service.
