How do I see EZproxy monthly usage data and statistics?

  • Cannot view my log files on my EZproxy Hosted server.

Resolution

In order to access your log files you will need admin credentials to your Hosted EZproxy server.

  1. Please contact OCLC Support if you need your Admin/sftp credentials
  2. To access any log files, go to the URL https://<sitename>.idm.oclc.org/public/admin.htm. Please make sure you add your own individual server name in place of sitename.
  3. Sign in with your admin credentials
  4. Click on Access Log Listing
  5. Use Ctrl+F to search the log listing 
Note

For Hosted EZproxy sites in EMEA, this option is not available. Instead, the latest logs can be downloaded via SFTP.  If you need older logs, or the sftp credentials, please contact OCLC Support.
