EZproxy is designed to look for SSL-related files in the SSL sub-directory. Examples include:
00000001.cnf
00000001.crt
00000001.csr
00000001.err
00000001.key
active
If there are other files in this directory then the page will not load. If you would like more information then reference the EZproxy Administration page and go to the Manage SSL (HTTPS) certificates section.
Go to the SSL Folder in the EZproxy directory.
Open the active file in Notepad and it will show you the active certificate number.
Delete all the other certificate files in the SSL directory except for the active one and restart EZproxy.
Please contact OCLC Support if you have additional questions.
