Why are Usage Statistics reports cutting off and restricting data to a single cell when exported to Excel?

Answer

This is caused by either an unsupported character, an erroneous space, or an open quote (ex. "The Fox and the Hound) in the report data. These are usually found in title fields, which can affect Borrower or Lender Resource Sharing Stats reports, or any other report containing that data.

To fix this issue, open the report in Notepad to correct the data. After saving the file and then re-opening in Excel, the data should display properly.
