Why am I receiving an error when attempting to SUSHI harvest FirstSearch COUNTER 5 reports?

Liblynx reports must be accessed through OCLC Usage Statistics using the library's FirstSearch authorization number. Libraries cannot access these reports directly through LibLynx.
If the issue is failing SUSHI requesters, first verify that there is data in the system. If you are requesting a time period that has no data, the COUNTER reports will not generate.
If the issue is with setting up SUSHI reports in Alma, first confirm data is present in the reports. If data is present, then refer questions about Alma (setup/error messages) to Alma support.
