Institution not found during Service Configuration login

Symptom

  • You are attempting to log into the OCLC Service Configuration for the first time using an OCLC Services Account (e.g. to edit a WorldCat Registry entry).
  •  Your institution does not appear in the Find your institution search results.

Applies to

  • OCLC Service Configuration
  • OCLC Services Accounts

Resolution

Your institution may not yet be configured for access via an OCLC Services Account.

Please contact OCLC Support to request that your institution be enabled for this service.
