Is there a way to tell which specific patron records were updated with a patron load?

No. In the Patron Summary Report, you can see the number of patron records that were updated, but there is no way to tell what patron records were updated (apart from going into WorldShare Admin and checking an individual account to see if it was updated). OCLC is not able to provide this information either, because this detail is not kept in our logs.
If you weren't expecting any existing patron records to be updated, but your Patron Summary Report says that there were updates made, you may want to check the file you uploaded to see if a patron was accidentally loaded twice with a slight difference between the data, as this could possibly cause them to be added as a new patron and then also updated.
