How can I set or reset my password for the OCLC Customer support site?

  1. Go to OCLC Customer Support's ticketing system here: https://oclc.zendesk.com/hc/en-us 
  2. If you have already emailed support@oclc.org in the past, and need to set a password for the first time, click on "Get a password."
  3. If you already have a password, but have forgotten it, click on "Forgot my password."
