Can students, non-library staff and professors use WSKeys?

Use of APIs is restricted to the member institution and sanctioned individuals working on their behalf. If this is not a library-sanctioned project it will not adhere to the Terms of OCLC's API use.
If this is a library-sanctioned project, the library can request a WorldCat API WSKey by filling out the form found on the How do I request a WSKey page.
