Authentication unsuccessful error when logging into the Community Center

Symptom

  • You get the error "Authentication unsuccessful" after receiving a single sign-on prompt to log into the Community Center.

  • OCLC Community Center

Resolution

Check for a WorldShare > Admin user account set up for the same user that lacks a barcode and delete it. It's likely causing a conflict during login. If problems persist, contact OCLC Support with your name, library's OCLC symbol, the error and what you've tried so far.
