Why am I unable to choose remote databases?
Symptom
- There are no remote databases listed within OCLC Service Configuration > MetaSearch Content > Default Databases and Licensed Content

Resolution
Contact the OCLC Orders department at OCLC Order services to confirm if you have purchased a subscription for WorldCat Discovery that includes Remote Databases. Include your name, OCLC symbol, and contact information in your email.

Remote databases require a subscription to WorldCat Discovery (premium) or are included in your subscription to WorldShare Management Systems.
