Why am I getting a "We're sorry, there has been an error publishing the record" error when saving in the Service Configuration?

Resolution

The problem originates from a setting in the Discovery configuration:

  1. Go to WorldCat Discovery and WorldCat Local>Full Text OpenURL Resolvers (outgoing requests)
  2. Under the Configure the Full Text OpenURL Resolver for this WorldCat.org: change the option from None to your intended Full Text OpenURL resolver
  3. If you do not have a Full Text OpenURL resolver, then change the Which Full Text Resolver should display? setting above the previous setting to None.
