Why am I getting a "Cannot publish to OCLC" error when updating the OpenURL resolver?

Resolution

This error is caused by the OpenURL resolver not being placed in the Place Hold/Request Button menu:

  1. Open Place Hold/Request Button menu
  2. Open the Resource Sharing tab, choose the OpenURL, and save.
  3. You should now be able to save the OpenURL in the Full Text OpenURL Resolvers menu.
