I get a "Revise. See below for multiple errors on this page" error when attempting to make changes to the Default Databases and Licensed Content

Symptom

  • When you try to make changes to your Default Databases and Licensed Content, an error reading "Revise. See below for multiple errors on this page" appears.

Resolution

Please confirm if your library staff have named your Custom Database Group: "All Databases"

That is the default, system-generated group name and cannot also be a custom name, which is why it may cause confusion for the system. 

If your Custom Database Group is labeled "All Databases," please change the name using the following steps:

  1. In your Service Configuration
  2. Choose the Metasearch Content menu
  3. Click on the Default Databases and Licensed Content submenu
  4. Under the Group Configured Databases accordion, edit your Database Group Name to something else (for example, "Selected Databases")
  5. Scroll down and click the Save button in the lower right corner.

Then try to make your original intended changes to the Default Databases and Licensed Content again.
