Error message saying please speak with the librarian Invalid access token

Symptom

• When searching for articles in WorldCat Discovery, you see a message under the Browse related articles section that says "Please speak with the librarian. Invalid access token."

Resolution

There is a problem with your BrowZine Access token. You will need to reach out to Browzine and ensure that you have the right token. This can be found in Service Configuration>Third-Party Integrations>BrowZine.
