I'm getting an error "You are not authorized to access. You are logged into My Account in the United States Data Center. Log out before logging into another institution."
Symptom
- You are trying to log in to your library and you see an error message that states one of the following:
- You are not authorized to access User Portal for (library name). You are logged into My Account in the United States Data Center. Log out before logging into another institution.
- You are not authorized to access WorldShare Management Application. You are logged into My Account in the United States Data Center. Log out before logging into another institution.

Resolution
This message can display for several different reasons. Below are some suggestions:
- Are you logged into WorldCat.org? If so, please log out of WorldCat.org before trying to log in to your library.
- You may have a corrupt cookie. Please clear your browser's worldcat.org cache and cookies.
- Log in using an incognito/private window or a different browser.
