I'm getting an error "You are not authorized to access User Portal for (library name). You are logged into My Account in the United States Data Center. Log out before logging into another institution."
Symptom
- You are trying to log in to your library and you see an error message that states:"Not Authorized You are not authorized to access User Portal for (library name). You are logged into My Account in the United States Data Center. Log out before logging into another institution."

Resolution
This message can display for several different reasons.
- Confirm that your user account has some roles ( other than the Everyone role ) assigned to it.
- Are logged into WorldCat.org? If so, please log out of WorldCat.org before trying to log in to your library.
- You may have a corrupt cookie, clear your browser's worldcat.org cache and cookies.
- Log in using an incognito/private window or a different browser as well.
If none of those work, contact OCLC Support with your name, library symbol, the error and a list of what you've tried so far.
