Unable to check in pass after changing it from physical to printable
Symptom
- You changed a pass from physical to printable while one of the passes was checked out. Now, you can't check the pass back in.
- The pass appears as overdue and you are unable to check it back in.

Contact OCLC Support and provide us with the name of the pass and your OCLC symbol.
